What areas do you serve?
We're based in Florence and work about a 30-mile circle around it: Darlington, Hartsville, Timmonsville, Lamar, Lake City, Pamplico, Bishopville, Latta, Marion and out to Sumter, plus the rural land between them. If you're anywhere in the Pee Dee, call and ask. The answer is usually yes.
What services do you offer?
The heavy side of residential property work: demolition of houses, mobile homes and outbuildings with debris haul-off, land clearing, forestry mulching, excavation, stump removal, grading and site prep including pads, gravel driveways, and brush hogging. If it takes an excavator, a skid steer or a tractor and a long day, it's probably our kind of work.
How much does a quote cost?
Nothing. We come look at the property, the structure or the brush in person and give you a real number based on what's there. The quote is free whether you hire us or not, and it holds unless the scope changes.
How big or small a job will you take?
Both ends. Tearing down a whole house, clearing a few acres, digging out one stump in a yard, or mowing an overgrown lot before the town sends a letter. None of it is too small to call about, and if something is past our equipment we say so up front.
Do you haul the debris away?
Yes. Demolition debris, cleared brush and dug-out stumps leave on the dump trailer, headed to a permitted disposal site. If you'd rather keep brush piled on the property for burning later, that works too. Tell us which way you want it at the quote.
Who handles permits for demolition work?
Permits come from the city or county where the property sits, and requirements differ between them. We walk you through what your job needs and handle the notifications a contractor is responsible for, like utility disconnects before a teardown. You stay in the loop the whole way.
How soon can you get to my job?
Quotes usually happen within a few days, since we're local and on the road between jobs already. Scheduling the work depends on the season and the current list, and you get a real timeline with your number, not a guess.
Do you work with homes and land both?
Yes. A lot of jobs combine the two: an old house comes down, the lot gets cleared and graded, and a pad and gravel drive go in for what's next. Handling the whole sequence with the same equipment is the point.
